Interview with Ashley Mayor

A graduate of the University of Florida (Class of 2014), Ashley Mayor is an associate curator at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C. In this interview with University of Florida’s Dr. Lillian Guerra, Ashley Mayor discusses her role as a public historian and anchors the origins and expressions of US culture and identity in the diversity of Americans, including the diversity of Cuban communities in the United States.
